Are You Being Your Natural Authentic Self?

Are you being your natural authentic self.jpg

It’s not what we create or what we have that matters, it’s the energy we bring to it and how we relate to ourselves in the process.

Is it our natural, authentic expression?

Is it in alignment with who we are?

Are we following our own intuitive flow and rhythm or are we subtly sourcing outside of ourselves because we believe we have to in order to succeed?

When we believe we have to do something a certain way in order to get the results we want and it is not alignment with our truth,

The journey will always be paved with suffering because we are assuming there's something wrong with us, with our intuitive knowing of ourselves.

Whether apparent or not, there is a feeling of unworthiness. “I need to be different than I am. I need to move out of who I truly am to create what I want in life.”

Unworthiness, suffering, lack.

We are creating from the outside in.

We might have the business and the financial life that seems on the surface to fit all the boxes and yet we feel empty and a lack of aliveness because it was not created from our authentic truth.

Or, maybe we have the relationship we think we desire, but it is ends up feeling like the shell of a relationship, not made of who we truly are. And, then we have to keep up something to make it stay or we feel dissatisfied and empty.

If you want to change something about yourself or do something differently because it brings you joy, well being, peace and courage to do so, then that is coming from a feeling of worthiness and wholeness.

We know it’s right for us because it feels good and in alignment with who we are.

It comes from the place in us that already feels complete that doesn't need anything or ourselves to be different.

Be yourself.

That’s more than enough.

The world needs more people being uniquely themselves.

Trusting themselves and doing life their own way.

That is where the aliveness and power is.

It gives permission for others to be exactly who they are too.

And, in reality, it’s the only way to create what we truly want anyway.
